As general manager, you will oversee your local office, and be responsible for the overall performance of that team.

You will thus have some involvement in all aspects of the business. You will work with clients; manage your team and address internal issues; liaise with Omnicom stakeholders; and play a role in new business too.

You will line manage the most senior members of the account management team. This means conducting regular appraisals of these individuals, and frequent check ins – both 1-on-1s and group management meetings. You will guide these individuals in the management of more junior members of the account management team. The Product Manager for AI software solutions will create the vision and deliver new software products powered by AI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Own the vision, requirements, and delivery on a cross-functional development team with your decisions having a direct impact on the business.
• Lead the integration of AI models into products, ensuring seamless interaction between AI algorithms and user-facing functionalities. Collaborate with data science teams to define requirements for model development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software product management experience or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data science, and software development processes.
• Launched at least 1 well-known public IP or public-facing initiatives on known software products / platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-centered product features.
• Take ownership mentality with a drive to "get things done" and be invested in the outcome.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions based on both data analysis and customer feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, both technical and non-technical.
• Gamer and game industry experience preferred.
