Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer feedback and make adjustments to menu offerings as needed.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and manage cafeteria staff, including cooks, servers, and cleaning personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for all customers.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety checks and staff training to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in food service management, with a focus on cafeteria operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• POS (Point of Sale) systems and cafeteria management software.
