The Site Supervisor for the Aura Mockup Room is responsible for managing the daily

operations, maintenance, and presentation of the mockup space. This role involves overseeing

for demonstrations, troubleshoot any technical or operational issues, and maintain the room’s

Supervising the Appointed Contractors to Ensure:

1. Room Setup and Maintenance:

• Oversee the preparation, setup, and resetting of the mockup room for each demonstration or walkthrough.
• Ensure all equipment, furnishings, and presentation materials are built and maintained in top condition and meet brand standards.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure the room is clean, organized, and ready for viewing according to predetermined schedules.

2. Coordination and Scheduling:

3. Inventory and Asset Management:

• Uphold health and safety regulations during the building and construction of the mockup room, conducting regular safety checks and keeping records of compliance.
• Ensure that all works, operations and viewings are conducted safely, implementing any necessary preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy.

• Follow the prescribed cleaning schedules and routines, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet organizational standards.
