Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project schedules planning considering priority, importance, deadlines, and required man-hours, and execute multiple projects simultaneously with colleagues from the Nippon Express group.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all business activities.
• Oversee administrative functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

Technical Skills and Prior Experience

• At least 15 years of supervisory experience in heavy haulage, construction, and maintenance in process plants.
• Strong knowledge and experience in heavy lifting, transportation, and mechanical work.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 Level) in speaking, listening, and writing is essential, as the role often requires interaction with Japanese counterparts.
• IT proficient and must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficient in project management with relevant experience and skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with the business objectives of the Consumer Group
• Utilize data analytics and conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitive positioning, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats and recommend data-driven pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue through effective pricing structures, promotions and implement pricing models and mechanisms to drive profitability and market share.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to ensure company's pricing remains competitive in the market and monitor industry trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or a related role within the telecommunications or consumer services industry.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools

The Project Manager duties would include, but not be limited to:
• Responsible for the preparation and application of the Project Execution Plan.
• Monitor and control the progress and development of all related project deliverables through the various stages of the project in accordance with the policy.

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups.
