Job Description

Responsible for managing Restaurant to deliver an excellent guest service.

Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs.

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.

More experience will be consider as Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

Minimum 2 year experience

Responsible for running the floor, such as sitting arrangement, taking orders, serving the food to our guests and restaurant cleaning

Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of spoken English

• Preparing employee work schedules.

1. Planning and scheduling manpower for day-to-day operations
2. Follow up and keep an update to customer request and feedbacks
3. Work closely with the sales manager and providing accurate schedule to them
4. Send out reminder text/call to customer daily
5. Resolving daily situation if any
6. Responsible for staff performance & discipline
7. Tabulate worker OT and submit to HR monthly
8. Prepare and compile monthly reports to relevant client
9. Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding
10. Monitor training and development needs
11. Other related duties as assigned
