RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Assistant General Manager of Japanese Business, develop Japanese business in terms of size and profitability, contributing to the company's sustainable growth in Singapore.

• Manage company as AGM
• Supervise the operation of marketing business units including credit control
• Maximize volume and profitability of all Japanese and global regional program related sales distribution channels
• Develop and grow portfolio to achieve growth targets with our business structure
• Implement and monitor the marketing strategy/activity on a regular basis
• Plan and execute the strategy/activity on loss prevention service and digitalization
• Set marketing's action plan and sales budget
• Improve service quality with customer-oriented mindsets
• Ensure compliance with our company's policy and relevant regulations
• Monitor underwriting trend and results
• Manage, mentor and nurture talent

• Diploma or Degree of equivalent

• Minimum 9 years working experience in General Insurance industry, especially in the Marketing and Underwriting of non-Marine business
• Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders and senior management in Tokyo Head Office and other business units
• Possess good communication skills, analytical ability, and logical thinking

Job Responsibilities:

•Participate in the company's strategic planning and goal formulation, and provide strategic guidance for the company's future development;

•Participate in the negotiation and communication of important customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships, ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner, and continuously improve the quality of customer service.

•Participate in market research and competitive analysis, and provide advice on market development;

•Assist the general manager in making decisions and participate in the discussion and implementation of major decisions;

•Assist the general manager in the integration and allocation of resources to ensure the rational use of resources;

•Assist the general manager to explore new business areas and markets.

Job Requirements:

•Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, business or other related discipline.

•Minimum eight (8) years of working experience in the related field.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, consultative selling skills and negotiation skills.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

•Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills.

•Good ability to present information for management reporting.

•Goal-orientated with entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team or mentor a member in the execution of leasing strategies
• Identify and prospect for potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach
• Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the commercial property industry
• Develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters
• Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties
• Prepare annual budget and forecast for properties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial leasing
• Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of commercial properties
• In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and leasing practices
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of portfolio of commercial properties, including building maintenance and tenant support
• Establish, build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants
• Partner cross-functional teams to formulate and develop group-wide initiatives to optimise operational efficiency
• Establish effective and strategic policies, procedures, and systems to support property operations
• Manage asset enhancement initiatives for existing properties and new projects under development
• Allocate manpower resources effectively to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
• Work with relevant external Government agencies, service providers and contractors to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business
• Minimum 8 years' experience in property and/or tenant management
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, energetic and passionate to drive initiatives
