Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for the project quality and safety plan

· Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules

· Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on projects

· Updating and alerting Project Manager on delays and suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays

· Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basis updates

· Perform schedule monitoring and updating on construction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports with commitments and forecast

· Monitor project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures and templates through project audits

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering

· Possess relevant experience in managing Singapore construction projects (LTA/MRT)

· Ability to manage schedule or planning on building works

· Profession in building projects

· At least 5 years of experience in LTA / MRT projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of fast-paced and/or complex projects undertaken by ITS Science & Medical in Singapore or regional areas.
• Responsible for project management of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, industrial, schools and other systems.
• Manage ACMV, HVAC system laboratory projects to completion in both Singapore and/or international standard, adhering to quality assurance policies and meeting performance standards
• Liaise with all stakeholders including facility management, architects, M&E consultants on engineering design and user specification, ensuring compliance
• Part-take in project tendering meetings and provide technical advice to tender team
• Prepare and manage project schedule and monitor project activities by project team to ensure compliance to activity execution timeline
• Provide technical support to Support sales team from time to time.
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health is implemented at site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in ACMV is preferred.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of relevant work experience handling construction projects (designing & management)
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
• Team player with a great can-do attitude.

The Regional Policy and Risk Team (RPnR) is part of the global Monetization Integrity team who ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements.

This position will help create TikTok's advertising policies in addition to developing policy processes and training. This individual will work in conjunction with teams like moderation, quality, and vendor operations to make sure these ad policies are executed properly. Our ideal candidate has experience performing deep analysis into potential risk areas and is able to navigate ambiguity.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager, Process Design – Logistics is a member of the MedTech TranSCend Supply Chain ERP program organization and will report into the Process End to End Design Leader. The primary accountability of the role is to lead within Logistics workstream and to define, harmonize, and deliver Global ERP capabilities design and deployment, while delivering to the timeline and requirements provided by the Business Process Owner (BPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME). The Senior Manager must drive alignment between BPO, GPO, SME’s, IT, and the project team to enable the solution and process blueprint in the ERP and the ecosystem.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be an authority within their functional space and strive to deliver core business capabilities and products to meet critical business process needs within the Logistics area. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will establish, document, validate, and deploy these capabilities using the TranSCend program methodology and tools, while partnering with coordinated functions, data team, business adoption team, and technology team to ensure the capabilities are realized through program results.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be a part of the design governance forums to ensure that we harmonize our processes and capabilities, and raise for review, resolution, and approval where deviation is required. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and executing of all process design while supporting build, test, and adoption activities within the functional area within the project team.
• Collaborate with GPO, SME, IT, and PMO on planning and prioritization of any process design and build requirements.
• Use process design methodology, including relevant templates, tools, methodology, controls, and cadence to drive comprehensive solutions within the scope of the project

Requirements

• An advanced Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Business or Supply Chain, MBA Specialization in Supply Chain & Operation Management or Graduate degree in Science, Business, Engineering (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with GxP and SOX requirements and regulations.
• Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics and minimum of 7 years of overall business experience within one of the following functions: Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, Logistics, or Analytics.
• Have at least 3 years of business process design, engineering, and optimization experience with hands-on systems design (i.e. ERP) experience.
• Familiar with building consensus and ability to negotiate trade off decisions across the organization.
• Proven understanding of MedTech Supply Chain.
• Strong and tried project management experience with customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of collaborators.
• Knowledge of deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates.
• Experience leading to project timelines and achievements in a sophisticated business environment, and multi-ERP/system environment.
• This position is Singapore based and may require up to 25% travel.
