· Maintain excellent customer relationships for accounts under your care

· Overseeing account management, negotiation on contracts and agreements toward maximisation of profits

· Identify, build and develop new business prospects

· Provide accurate forecasts and quarterly/annual activity plans to Management

· Preparation of proposals, including pricing

· Drives profitability revenue growth year over year

· Independent pipeline building

· Work closely with Marketing or related Teams on implementation of new sales and marketing campaigns to achieve sales objectives

· Establishing and maintaining of internal/ external relationships with key stakeholders to further the success of specific projects/portfolio

· Monitoring/following up on customer projects delivery with the Project Manager to ensure all stages of the project cycle are completed

· Maintain awareness of emerging technology

Pre-Requisites:

· Preferably at least three years’ experience with IT, AV products.

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

· Proven track record in sales excellence.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Positive attitude and incredible work ethics.

· Team player and can work independently with minimal supervision.

· Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients/partners.

· Drive to exceed expectations and targets.
