Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the Sports Bar, Singapore Local Cuisine Food, and Food Truck at Golf Driving Range.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement menus, specials, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
