Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to oversee sales, operations and lead a dedicated team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Must have CEI:

• Must have at least CEI-Basic

Leadership & Team Management:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust plans to maintain competitiveness.

Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Optimize processes to improve productivity and profitability.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor financial performance and address variances.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate regular performance and progress reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in management or a related leadership role.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving business needs.
