• Provide day-to-day legal support on Corporate M&A, JV, Capital markets regulatory listing advice, Funds (CMS License regulatory matters)
• Manage external counsel for contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
• General corporate matters- drafting and providing general legal advice arising from the operations of the group

Requirements:

• LLB from a recognized University, admitted to the Singapore 2-3 years PQE.
• Priority on Corporate, M&A transactional lawyers
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
