Job Scope

• Create new corporate designs for companies.
• Liasse with relevant parties (e.g. factories, suppliers, sub-contractor, etc.) for fabric sourcing, sampling sourcing and coordinate production delivery
• Create content & blogs about fashion and corporate apparel production and manufacturing.
• Assisting with order processing including receiving, processing and reviewing customer transactions and service enquiries received by phone and mail/e-mail; includes rectifying customer problems within ability or passing problems to higher authority.
• Produce advise and rebranding services on client corporate apparel store
• Look at lastest trend and generate ideas company can use and apply into the corporate apparel space.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of at least 2 year of experience in apparel customization / fashion industry
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients / associates and our China factory.
• Good writing and communication Skills.
• Possess basic knowledge in garment Fabrication & knowledge in corporate gift manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizations skills to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Good working attitude, proactive, independent and self-motivated individual

Job description:

· Able to drawing facade shop drawings and design sketches.

· Check structural drawings and architectural drawings for any design concerns or discrepancies.

· Attend necessary design meetings to resolve design issues and present design proposal, and write meeting minutes.

· Coordinate with Client, Main Contractor, Architect and Consultants for design & technical concerns.

· Communicate closely with in-house China design team to understand the design & technical concerns / issues for shop drawing deliveries.

· Raise RFIs for any design / technical concerns / issues

· Provide technical advice to team and relay the meeting results to China design team.

· Submit shop drawings and follow up the approval.

· Monitor the shop drawing and approval schedule.

· Monitor the design changes or additional scope of work.

· Support the project team for any site issues when necessary.

· Report to Design Manager or Team Leader

Requirement:

· Min. 3-5 years Facade Design experience.

· Familiar with Curtain Wall System, including unitized and stick type

· Proficient in English and Chinese

· Proficient in Autocad software and generally use Revit, Rhino, Microsoft office / excel.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Able to perform task under pressure and totally committed to follow through the tasks given within tight schedules

· Good problem solving and communication skills

· Willing to work for 5.5days Alt Saturday.

Graphic Designer-01 March 2024 to 31 January 2025-11 months

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, 1hr lunch break

Personnel will be supporting the Character and Citizenship Education Branch (CCEB) in MOE’s Student Development Curriculum Division 1 with the following work.

· Pre-production Work: Assist in conceptualising of media/graphic design/web and digital graphics & illustrations (i.e., infographics, interactives)

· Production: Development of infographics, interactives

· Post-production: Assist in media editing for infographics, interactives, videos and animation, including sound and background music.

· Administrative support (e.g., managing media inventories and related databases)

· Be proactive and able to work independently.

Minimum diploma or equivalent in an area of study related to media/graphic design.

Prior work experience is preferred.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Visual Merchandising Designer to join our team and drive innovative and captivating visual strategies.

The Senior Visual Merchandising Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing visually compelling in-store and online displays that effectively showcase our beauty products. This role requires an experienced designer who understands brand aesthetics, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising:

• Develop innovative and impactful visual merchandising concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Design and implement captivating in-store displays, window presentations, and product layouts to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and retail operations to ensure cohesive execution of visual strategies.

Graphic Design:

• Lead and mentor a Graphic designer in creating compelling graphics, signage, and promotional materials for in-store and digital platforms.
• Design print materials such as posters, banners, packaging, and point-of-sale displays while maintaining brand consistency.
• Generate digital assets for online marketing campaigns, social media, and website visuals to drive engagement and sales.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to bring designs to fruition.
• Conduct on-site visits to ensure proper installation and execution of visual merchandising displays.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:

• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to propose innovative design concepts.
• Introduce new ideas and technologies to enhance the visual appeal and relevance of our displays continually.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with marketing, retail operations, and category teams to align visual merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 5 to 8 years) in visual merchandising design, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of 3D rendering tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and retail trends.
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful visual merchandising designs.
• Leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and lead a team toward achieving visual excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries. (will be focus more on sales, design team will assist you in the design part)
• Discuss and propose professional advice on interior design, space planning, design conceptualization and material selection to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposal and quotation based on client requirement and design.
• Manage and coordinate project progress from inception to completion.
• Site supervision and project coordination.
• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly.
• Schedule workflow to meet customer move in date.

Requirements:

• Applicants with Min. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related fields are highly welcome.
• Candidates with or without working experience are welcome to apply.
• Preferably at least 1-3 years working experience in sales interior design are welcome to apply.
• Entry-level / no working experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
• Candidate with any other sales related experience are welcome to apply

Skills:

• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Create marketing materials from conceptualisation to design for print, large-format, eDMs, web banners and social media.

• Prepare final artwork and liaising with vendors, printers, etc.

• Reporting to the Creative Head, to work collaboratively with the in-house Account Servicing Manager as well as Client Marketing & Communications Department.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Visual Communication or equivalent.
