Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:

• Education: Degree or equivalent majoring in architecture and/or Urban Design
• 0-2 years of experience
• Enthusiasm for architecture, commitment, reliability and team spirit
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (Sketch-up, CAD, Adobe CS, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Enscape, Rhino)
• Excellent physical model-making skills
• Organisational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual

We are looking for a passionate candidate in digital marketing. You will be assisting to manage the marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including SEM, SEO, display, Facebook, Instagram, content marketing etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage and manage marketing events which consists media relations, advertising & promotion, social media platform and public event management.
• Able to create, develop and expands dynamics content of social media platform, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Organise, develop and implement the effective marketing communication campaigns.
• Establish and develop marketing communications collaterals which include magazines, brochures, banners, tent cards, posters, press advertisements, packaging and uniform design
• Accomplish projects from initial concept to final execution (FA).
• Design and layout of print ads and collaterals, digital assets (ie. banners, website layouts, etc) and other related design work as and when needed. Must be comfortable creating assets for social media and aware of the technical limitations.
• Liaise and organize with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to make sure the materials are finalized as optimal output.
• Responsible for photography and video shoot for both internal and external events.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Marketing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or its equivalent.
• Knowledge in Graphic Design/Multimedia or a related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Video editing or web designing skills will be an advantage.
• Proficient in social media and IT skills
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.
