Responsibilities:

• Creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, overseeing both customer experiences and backend systems
• Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience
• Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product interfaces, continuously optimize and take responsibility for the overall product experience
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate design concepts into functional, high-quality products, maintaining design integrity and coherence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Arts, or related fields
• Proven hands on more than 3 years experience in UIUX design in the tech industry, using Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite and other Tech Tool Experts
• Good understanding of web, mobile app, and internal system designing
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams
