TAK is seeking a talented and adaptable mid to senior-level Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Sales, Branding & Marketing teams to deliver design projects in line with the brief and timeline for both TAK and Lamitak brand.

This senior role will expect the candidate to have a well-rounded experience in design/edit of creative assets (print, digital, images, video, animation) for local as well as regional markets. He/She/Them will design visuals such as company stationeries, style guides, presentation, signages, catalogues, marketing collaterals, product boards, POS merchandising, banners and visual imagery for ecommerce listing, social media content, advertising, marketing materials and physical space (office, events and exhibition). Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Having an eye for detailing, appreciative artistry & craftsmanship and passion for arts & culture, graphics, interior, architecture, photography and furniture will be a plus.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design/edit of visual assets for various projects (print, digital and physical space)
• Work in a cross-matrix department of supporting upwards and lateral departments
• Take initiative in conceptualising, team brainstorming as well as execution
• Present ideas based on project briefs for teams’ final selection
• Ensure colour correction, scanning, printing in-house, file conversion and proofing with printing vendors
• Coordinate with printing vendors for submission, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery/installation
• To work with various creative agencies (graphic, web, photography, etc) and act as liaison
• Good time management and organisational abilities to independently manage projects from concept to completion
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in the way you present your ideas to the team
• Conceptualize and create a variety of visuals, such as graphics, GIFs, and videos, customized to meet the specific needs of each marketing channel, ensuring optimal impact and engagement

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Visual Communications, Multi-media, similar discipline or credible work experience equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience and/or strong design portfolio on past works
• Strong typography, layout, illustration, design skills and digital manipulation
• Strong attention to detail and enjoys working with colours and texture
• Enjoys pushing creative boundaries and propose fresh approach
• Proficiency with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc), Indesign and design software
• Fast learner, Independent as well a team player
• Highly collaborative and thrives in a fast pace working environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to understand content strategies, posting schedules, and copywriting needs for Instagram and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of graphic/visual design experience in social media/content creation

• To ensure an efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical & Tunnel design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards;
