In this role, you will support the CEO, store managers, and project managers in optimizing, designing, and refining our customer experience. Job Location & Hours: We operate from 2pm - 10pm on Mondays to Fridays, 12pm - 10pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays. Full-time and part-time positions available, flexible schedule. A minimum commitment of three shifts a week is required, including weekends. Our work location is at 215 Bedok North St 1, #02-85, S460215, a short walk from Bedok MRT.

Key Responsibilities:

• During the on-job training, you will be required to learn how to operate the business in order to better understand the customer's pathway and experience. You will be required to do operations from time-to-time, in order to develop a better understanding of how to improve the experience.
• Assist the CEO, Store Managers, and Project Managers, to conceptualise and devise ideas which can be used to enhance the experience for our customers. You will be required to create documentation, proposals, research and data, in order to substantiate your findings.

Requirements:
