The Junior Designer will work with the Wolf Design manager on design and design & build projects for across Singapore and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capability.

The Junior Interior will be responsible for all conventional aspects of creative and technical design support of both design and design & build of a project. Plans and conducts evaluation selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard design techniques and procedures on a project. Builds client relationship and supports the Wolf Pack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standard in design documentation, pitch documents
• Carry out work plans for each project, managing creative and technical design support delivery.
• Day to day responsibility as supporting role for developing design concepts, based on the programming requirements and budget parameters and coordinating project documentation.
• Coordinates activities of team engaged in preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications.
• Coordinates with outside vendor in material resource and selection for project
• Develop high quality design specifications and tender documenting
• Develop of construction and furnishings documentations
• Assist and support the design team in delivering of project and design pitch presentation documents
• Daily contact with the client for all project design related matters, manage client requests to ensure we are providing an exemplary service to our customers, and assist with building client relations.
• Assemble presentations and "leave behinds" when pursuing new projects.
• Perform other related duties as and when required.
• Learn CBRE’s proprietary design and planning tools.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Relevant and appropriate experience in senior design roles within reputable design firms
• Substantial experience with workplace interiors
• Advanced experience with FF&E
• Experience with interior design specifications
• Team leadership, coordination, mentoring, and motivation
• Exceptional creative skills, design visioning and innovation
• Expert in all conventional aspects of technical design/architectural principles
• Design and build project experience
• Experience with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-UP and Adobe Suite

Qualification, Education & Experience:

• 1-2yr+ years in design industry with relevant experience

LOCAL AUTOMATION COMPANY BASED IN WOODLANDS

WORKING HOURS: 8.30AM ~ 6PM (5 DAYS)

• Lead and conduct user research activities to understand users' goals, behavior and needs
• Develop models of your users based on research findings, as well as models for other domain factors
• Define context scenarios and tell stories about ideal user experiences the team wants to achieve
• Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user's goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look like
