Key Responsibilities

As a 3D Designer, you will:

• Conceptualize and deliver compelling 3D designs aligned with clients' objectives.

What You Bring

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and designing of projects
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.

• Possess Degree or Diploma (Graphic / Visual Communications Design

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
• Advisor on space planning, layout and interior aesthetics
• Develop design briefs and operational work schedule briefs
• Work closely with the visualization team on 3D design drawings when necessary
• Lead discussion with clients to propose and explain design brief
• Oversee the project from start to finish, serving as the key liaison personnel for clients
• Coordinate with other relevant stakeholders (ie. supplier, sub-contractors and governmental regulatory agencies) to ensure project timelines and regulations are adhered
• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved

Job Description

. Produce CAD drawings for renovation/construction

· Documentation and detailing

· Assisting designers in feasibility studies of design details

· Familiarising with floorplans, interior design layouts, drawing standards and drawing details

· Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects and all clients’ requirements are met

· Prepare minutes of meeting for site meetings with clients, designer, and contractors

· Attend technical and site meetings to resolve design issues and site problems

Requirements
