Your job responsiblities are:

-Use simulation tools to predict circuit behavior, identify potential issues.

- Design and develop high performance digital standard cell libraries tailored to meet critcal design specification, performance, power consumption.

- Work closely with layout design team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of the physical layout of both analog and digital standard cells.

- Competent in PERL, TCL, Python and C++.

Criteria one: Must possess great passion for residential interior design and have the desire to turn every home into beautiful, comfortable and functional spaces – home is where the spirit rests, rejuvenates, socializes, grows and emerges again; and also, representation of ownership, pride, love and family. In that sense, doing interior designing for a customer’s home, is a privilege, requiring professional input and quality execution.

Criteria two: You must have good track record of having successfully completed satisfactory handovers of residential projects, which are extensively remodeled, which you must be the project lead (overseeing design, detailing and construction drawings). We expect the projects to be worth at least hundreds of thousands of dollars project type.

Criteria three: Because of your passion and experiences, you should have good knowledge of building materials (old and new), have kept yourself abreast with industry trends, brands, design types and possess curiosity with new design and material applications, always wondering how to improve and innovate further.

General criteria:

(2) Able to work independently on large scale residential project;

(3) Understanding and able to do costing;

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user requirements.

Prerequisites

You have a strong interest in all aspects of design and its impact on the world around you, and share a passion for making digital experiences simple, meaningful and elegant. As an experienced designer, you will participate and lead world-class projects, and enjoy collaborating with peers and clients alike to solve complex design problems.

• You have at least 6 years of experience.
• You have excellent presentation skills.
• You have user research, usability testing and prototyping knowledge.
• You are proficient in design tools (E.g. SketchApp, Photoshop, Keynote, etc)
• You have a clear understanding and love for white-space and all that jazz (design principles).
• You are wildly creative, meticulous and addicted to the quality of craft.
• You should have a good sense of motion choreography; able to know how to use animation tools like Principle.
