· Experience with Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & 3D program of choice (Blender / Cinema 4D etc.)

· Ability to own and manage projects with support from the Creative Director

· Knowledge of branding design and the entire UX process (personas, user flows, prototyping)

Role Description

AS a 3D Exhibition and Event Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing captivating designs for exhibitions, trade shows, product launch, events and experiential marketing campaigns. Your innovative ideas and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in crafting immersive experiences that resonate with our clients and their audiences.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, sales, project managers and creative teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Develop compelling 3D design concepts, layout and visualizations for exhibitions, events, and experiential marketing activities.
• Have sense of 2D graphic design to incorporate and vision the spatial design as a whole package to life.
• Generate visual presentations for design submissions
• Create a detailed design plans to guide the production and installation process
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each design is delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and innovative design approach to continually elevate the quality of our designs.

Good to have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Exhibition Design, or related field
• Proven minimum 6 to 10 years’ experience as a 3D Exhibitions and Events Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous projects
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp and 3D Studio Max) and graphic works software (such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator).

Role Description

This position is to demonstrate the designer's versatility, creativity and design philosophy. For design concept, conceptual renderings, mood boards, and design plans that illustrate the designer’s thought process and approach to transforming a space. A brief overview of the designer’s expertise, including space planning, material selection, lighting design, furniture sourcing, and project management.

Spectific Responsibilities

1. Meet with clients to discuss their design goals, preferences and budget, provide guidance and advice of design concepts and solutions.

2. Create mood boards, sketches and rendering to visually represent design ideas and present design ideas to clients for approval and refine based on feedback.

3. Choose furniture, fixtures, lighting and materials that complement the design concept.Ensure that all materials chosen fit within the client's budget and asthetuc preferences.

4. Prepare detailed design specifications and plans and create technical drawings that provide precise measurements and dimensions that are clear for contractos and vendors.

5. Works closely with contractors and vendors during the implementation and coordinate the delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures and materials to ensure it meets the design specifications.
