Job Description:
As a Junior Graphic Designer at EJ Cosmetology International, you’ll be responsible for developing creative content and supporting brand consistency across multiple channels, in addition to interacting with customers. You’ll bring both design expertise and a passion for skincare, driving engaging and visually compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Content Development

Conceptualize, develop, and maintain a repository of graphic and brand assets to support all creative and promotional efforts.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative content, supporting the brand’s style direction.

Content Creation & Design

Assist with photo shoots, packaging design, and content creation for social media, including posts and videos.
Brainstorm, compose, and publish content on the company website, Facebook, and Instagram.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

Support the sales team by actively engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product information as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other design applications.
• Additional Skills: Experience in video editing is a plus.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; a background in visual communication or graphic design is preferred.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, design, and enhance learning materials to support various training programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging and effective learning content that aligns with instructional goals and learner needs.

Responsibilities:

• Course Design & Development:

o Design and develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments, and other training resources.

o Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using various instructional design principles and multimedia tools.

o Structure content to ensure clarity and effectiveness, considering learner levels and educational objectives.

• Content Analysis & Storyboarding:

o Analyze training needs by collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

o Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and outlines to guide content development.

• E-Learning & Multimedia Integration:
