Job Description

We are looking for a 3D Designer who has strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for exhibition and space design. The 3D Designer's responsibilities include managing all 3D design tasks, refining technical drawings, and generating creative ideas. The creative team projects range from brand activations to art exhibitions and H&B-owned IP projects. Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating event designs, technical drawings, 3D renderings and artist impressions.

Technical Responsibilities

• Position Title: Aluminum Designer
• Working Location: East – Kaki Bukit (Walking distance from MRT to the company)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8 am to 5.30 pm, Every Sat 8 am to 12.30 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop designs for aluminium and glass structures such as windows and doors.
• Produce detailed shop drawings using tools like AutoCAD.
• Prepare cutting details and Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and material procurement.
• Generate purchase orders for necessary materials.
• Participate in site meetings or visits as needed.
• Handle daily rostering and coordination of work teams.
• Oversee the fabrication process and manage overall project execution.
• Conduct daily briefings with teams and hold toolbox meetings.
• Provide support to work teams and oversee stock monitoring and ordering of materials.
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to operational matters as required.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Designer with a strong visual design background and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for a global audience. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong ownership of projects, and the ability to drive visual cohesion across various platforms, working collaboratively to bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI & Visual Design: Lead the user interface design for international products, ensuring a high standard of visual aesthetics across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and app interfaces.
2. Project Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for the UI design process, demonstrating initiative and an ownership mindset. Coordinate effectively with the team to deliver visually compelling and cohesive designs.
3. Global Perspective: Incorporate international design trends and styles, ensuring our digital presence is visually appealing and relevant for global audiences. Participate in creative ideation and contribute to the development of brand assets, event materials, and product visual elements.
4. User-Centered Approach: Understand user requirements and product objectives to prioritize features and optimize design solutions. Post-launch, track user interactions, analyze performance data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve the user experience.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI and visual design; a degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred.
2. UI & Visual Design Proficiency: Strong understanding of UI design principles, with experience working closely with visual and UX designers to create cohesive interfaces.
3. Illustration and Branding: Familiarity with illustration systems and operational design standards; experience with full-stack illustration systems is a plus.
4. Global & Local Design Insight: Ability to design for both domestic and international audiences, with a strong understanding of digital trends in diverse markets.
5. Proactive & Collaborative: Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to design thinking. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationales.
6. Preferred Experience: Experience with major tech companies (e.g., BAT) or Web3 projects, as well as 3D design capabilities, is an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
