Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking highly self-motivated and talented Junior and Senior Architectural Designers/Architects to join our expanding studio in Singapore. If you possess an impressive design portfolio and relevant work experience and are enthusiastic about contributing to innovative local and international projects, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and support architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Develop designs all project stages, including feasibility studies and detailed design.
• Prepare presentation materials and support client administration tasks.
• Participate in consultant, project and technical meetings.
• Oversee construction stages with contract administration, ensuring adherence to design standards through project completion.
• Conduct site inspections, addressing design and technical coordination issues.
• Perform general project administration duties.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of design, project and contract administration processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Strong familiarity with local building regulations and experience in preparing authority submissions.
• Demonstrated self-discipline and a creative approach to design challenges.
• Passion for design with a proactive commitment towards continuous learning and innovation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic s.
• Proactive, conscientious team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients and consultants, managing projects independently or collaboratively.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bonus: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.

General Duties

• Design driven with experience in show flat, residential and/or hospitality projects

• Have good excellent communication skills

• Ability to resolve technical issues in line with the project's design intent

• Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce construction drawing for fabrication.

• Manage budget and deadlines on agile projects

• Able to work on weekends and OT

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience (Remuneration shall be discussed based on experience) • Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and MS Powerpoint.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Designwith 4–6 years of relevant experience in interior design.
• Strong creative flair, excellent color sense, space planning, and design documentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, 3D software, and experienced in preparing tender/construction drawing packages for commercial offices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and design presentation skills; a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Committed to delivering high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop design concepts and proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and ensure quality finishes.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, construction drawings, and assist with tender processes and site observations.
• Capable of managing projects independently, from design conceptualization and development through to completion.

· Conduct research and find gaps in the market, wherein the product could fit

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with project engineers to define electrical & electronic system design specifications
• Validates electrical designs and technical data for ship systems
• Manage external vendor and contractors to deliver systems that meet design specification and regulatory regulations
• Responsible for on time, on budget, delivery of electrical systems
• Provide guidance to ensure commissioning of vessel systems are completed on time
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables are met
• Adhering with approved company processes
• Continually seek to identify & minimize areas of risk and/or waste
• Provide technical and design expertise
• Understanding of Class and Flag requirements
• Ensure OHS&E policies & guidelines are adhered to

Interpersonal Management

• Communication with client, suppliers, and inter-department to ensure the success of the project
• Communications with all levels of the organization
• Develop and maintain key external relationships with partners, clients, regulatory bodies, and organizations

Essential:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, or similar disciplines
• Understanding of ship systems and able to interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge in use of MS Office, Autocad

• Excellent grasp of the English language.

• Minimum of Higher Nitec Level with at least 1-2 year sales experience or relevant experience.
• Independent and proactive.
• Great communicating skills and team player.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
