Job Scope:

• Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
• Producing consistently excellent visual work
• Encouraging others to share their ideas and nurturing creativity
• To use exceptional design skills and knowledge of the current market to create and innovate commercially viable products, from concept to production.
• Assist with internal photo shoots by gathering and prepping samples.
• Design and build and price food, candy, specialty gifts for Catalog/E-commerce, Wholesale/Mass customers and Special/Custom Order accounts.
• Contribute to the development gifts in all stages of design and revise to meet company and customer specifications.
• Provide creative direction to the Graphics team for gift, product design

Project Overview:

This project focuses on cultivating a thriving developer ecosystem. By designing and implementing targeted programs, optimizing the developer journey, and fostering strong relationships with key partners, the initiative aims to attract, educate, retain, and empower developers to build innovative applications.

Key Components:

• Program Management: design and implement comprehensive programs for developers, including educational initiatives, support systems and incentive schemes. Ensure ecosystem programs effectively attract, educate, retain and nurture developers.

• Developer Pipeline Optimization: help optimize the developer journey within the ecosystem, from initial engagement all the way through to evolution into fully-fledged businesses.

• Relationship Management: nurture relationships with startup accelerators, incubators, VCs and innovation hubs to identify and attract high-potential developers and startups to the ecosystem as well as provide opportunities and resources to existing ecosystem developers.

• XFN Work: collaborate with internal teams, including Product, DevRel, Marketing and BD, to align ecosystem growth efforts with overall company goals and objectives. Provide technical insights and feedback to inform product roadmaps and enhance developer-focused features.

• Industry Analysis: stay on top of the latest trends, developments and competitive landscape within the broader ecosystem. Conduct market research, analyze developer needs and pain points, and identify opportunities to optimize growth strategies and improve the developer experience.

• Comprehensive Developer Programs: A suite of well-designed programs (educational, support, incentive) launched and implemented to attract, educate, and retain developers.
• Optimized Developer Journey: A demonstrably improved developer experience within the ecosystem, with streamlined onboarding, enhanced development tools and resources, and clear pathways for developer success.
• Expanded Developer Network: A growing community of active and engaged developers building innovative applications.
• Strategic Partnerships: Established and nurtured relationships with key partners that contribute to a robust developer talent pipeline for the ecosystem.
• Aligned Internal Efforts: Ecosystem growth initiatives demonstrably aligned with overall company goals, as evidenced by collaborative efforts with internal teams (Product, DevRel, Marketing, BD).

Our Client is a leader in the Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the brand portfolio, vision, and target audience, integrating fresh and innovative ideas into visual concepts.
• Design a variety of visuals (e.g. graphics, GIFs, and videos), customized for each marketing channel to maximize impact and engagement
• Design visually appealing email marketing campaigns with interactive elements to boost open and click-through rates.
• Coordinate photo shoots and create mood boards to visually represent ideas
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in design innovation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Design/Creative Multimedia/Media or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field.
• Proven graphic/visual design experience with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools.
