  Able to think creatively and independently, create stunning designs with minimal hand-holding or guidance.

   Provide detailed floor plans and layouts for client approval.
   
4. Material and Color Selection:Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and color schemes that align with the design concept and client preferences.
   Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials.
   
5. Project Management:Oversee the implementation of design projects from conception to completion.
   Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of the design plan.
   
6. Budget Management:Develop project budgets and timelines in collaboration with clients.
   Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
   
7. Client Presentation:Present design concepts and proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
   Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to meet client expectations.
   
8. Trend Research:Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new design materials.
   Integrate innovative and current design trends into projects.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project requirements.
