. Provide a diverse range of beauty treatments for customers including facial, waxing, hair treatment, treading, bleach, Pedicure & Manicure, Henna Design, Keratin Treamement, Hair Rebonding & Highlights & etc

. Update of customer particulars, purchases and treatments records

Roles & Responsibilities

- Teach and train individuals in the art of Muay Thai.

- Lead engaging and effective classes for students of various skill levels and ages.

- Provide technical instruction and individual feedback on techniques.

- Ensure safety and injury prevention during training sessions.

- Evaluate student progress and develop individual training plans.

- Create structured training programs tailored to different skill levels.

- Foster a positive and motivating training environment.

- Maintain equipment and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team. The Senior Beauty Manager will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategies to increase revenue while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge amongst the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the beauty department, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Train and develop the beauty team to maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback and identify areas of improvement.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop promotional plans and execute them effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure the beauty department aligns with the overall brand strategy.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the latest beauty trends and products.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies accordingly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
