The Senior Health Services Manager cum Therapist (“SHSMT”) shall be responsible for reviewing and enhancing the systems and processes of the mental health and addictions rehabilitation services of the Company, and assisting the Director of the Company in the programme development and delivery of therapeutic services, including provision of direct one-to-one therapy sessions.

The desired candidate shall be expected to have the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent

- Post graduate qualification in healthcare management

- Certification in addicitions management training

- Minimum 10 years experience in healthcare and addictions management

Job Description

• Perform medi facial treatments, slimming and firming maintenance treatments
• Capable to use & apply aesthetic treatment machines
• Attend to clients’ needs and provide professional advice on pre and post-treatment care
• Ensure cleanliness of treatment room, thorough sterilization of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables
• Assist in scheduling and following up clients’ appointments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the medical spa industry
• CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, or other beauty-related qualifications
• Service-oriented and customer-focused
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Able to handle queries and concerns from English, Mandarin and Putonghua speaking counterparts in regards with the translated documents related matter
• Wiling to work retail hours
