The Position

The Project Engineer is responsible for project managing all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects. He/She plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish. The project engineer also serves as the single point of contact for external partners for all technical and engineering queries and request of resources. The project engineer works closely with the R&D team and under the guidance of the Head of Projects and the CTO.

Position available: Full time

Hours: 10am – 8pm

Salary: $2800 – 4200 per month (Base salary + Comission)

Location: Chinatown / Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities

• Neonatal handling including of feeding, bathing, neonatal massage, bottles & item sterilizing, preparing report and pass report on time, and etc.
• Provide postpartum care including evaluate mother’s health status, daily BP monitoring, wound dressing, breastfeeding support and counselling.
• Provide guidance to the mother on breastfeeding and offer lactation advice.
• Monitor baby's physical condition, including monitoring for jaundice levels, documenting the baby's growth, and utilizing specialized baby facilities, cleaning supplies, diapers, and more.
• Preparing daily report, comply to company SOPs at all time.
• Take care the cleanliness of baby room.
• Wash, dry and fold baby clothes.
• Change bedsheet for mummy room upon request.
• Give small talk to parents such as how to handle baby and bathing.
• Able and willing to attend home service. Able to cook confinement meals.
• Any ad-hoc job or task given by the company.

• Develop HSE KPIs and analytical reports for safety data.
• Conduct investigations, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Collaborate with project leadership for consistent safety standards.
• Enforce safety standards according to regulations.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field
• Register as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower for at least 5 years
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in WSH for building/construction industry
• Preferably with FSM certification
• Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Workplace Safety & Health Management

Requirements:

• Self-motivated with good presentation, independent and positive personality
• Min 2 years of strong sales or customer service experiences, preferably in skincare beauty or retail industry.
