• To be able to analyze skin type and advise customers’ daily skin care regime.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the working environment.
• Manage stock take and sales reports
• With minimum 1 year of working experience

  Conduct pre & post treatments consultation for customers. Perform facial. Provide aftercare advices.
• Required to liaise with English and Chinese speaking customers
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Act as a team player and partner within the organization as well as the rest of the division and company

We currently have 11 outlets across Singapore including a Medical Aesthetics Division thus you will be introduced and expected to contribute to value add to the interesting marketing concepts suited for both the Beauty and Wellness industry as well as Aesthetics Medical industry.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in carrying out the Company’s marketing and promotional activities to drive leads and sales. He or she will get developmental and growth opportunities in all aspects of the marketing function with heavy exposure to digital marketing. The role promises to be challenging and exciting.

Duties include:

• Assist in the design, planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Knowledge of digital creation with photoshop, canva, is an advantage
• Develop creative ideas and contents for brand promotions on social media platforms
• Identify and engage with external partners including but not limited to brands, landlords, medias and influencers to plan and executive joint promotion and collaborations
• Generate new ideas for brand promotion and marketing to promote services, drive leads and increase brand awareness
• Measure and analyse performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI & KPIs)
• Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• An individual endowed with a limitless imagination and a flair for creative innovation
• Strong knowledge in social media and content creation
• Creative copywriting
• Must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident (Due to unavailability of foreign worker quotas)
• Must be able to speak and write in English and Chinese
• Proficient in creative tools such as Photoshop

Pleasant looking, able to work long hours, supportive and helpful with managing customers appointments. Able to handle traditional styles, foot bath massage, facial beauty treatments, etc.

• Monitoring driver performance by conducting regular audits to ensure that drivers are following company policies and procedures
• Reviewing new driver applications to determine if they meet qualifications for employment
• Communicating with other departments within the company to arrange for repairs or maintenance of vehicles when needed
• Scheduling shifts for drivers based on their availability, using a computerized scheduling system
• Interviewing and hiring new drivers as needed to replace those who leave the company
• Overseeing the training of new drivers to ensure that they are prepared to work safely and efficiently
• Making sure that all maintenance on company vehicles is performed in a timely manner by authorized personnel
• Conducting regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are safe to drive and in good working condition
• Reviewing driver performance to determine if any corrective action is needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and serving meals
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the ward
• Assist nurses in sponging, showering and diaper change for patients
