Overview and purpose of the position

Work closely with service leads and business stakeholders to identify roadmap of information technology (IT) solutions and enhancements. Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. Associate Medical Laboratory Technologists (AMLT) are responsible for the daily operations of the laboratory which include phlebotomy, electrocardiogram, spirometry and clinical laboratory work.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of the laboratory
• Perform all procedures in accordance with laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram (ECG) and spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way.
• Perform Point of Care Testing (e.g. Prothrombin Time, glucose) and clinical laboratory tests such as urinalysis (e.g. Urine FEME, dipstick, pregnancy), haematology (e.g. full blood count, peripheral blood film, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, prothrombin time), biochemistry (e.g. HbA1c, neonate bilirubin), microscopy examination (e.g. fungal smear, high vaginal swab) independently.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Mandarin or another Chinese dialect is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in administrative tools, scheduling software, and basic office technology.
• Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or reception roles is an advantage.

Working Hours

• 5 to 5.5 days per week, including Saturdays.

The Assoc Business Analyst provides analytical support for the development of technology solutions that meet business needs. He/She partners with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document business requirements. Business Analysis Planning & Strategy

• Assist the BA leads in the planning of business analysis approach by defining the methods, techniques and tools to be used for business analysis
• Prepare governance deliverables to track status, risks, changes and issues pertaining to day-to-day management of all functional areas of system/data product analysis
• Contribute in the preparation of the stakeholder communication plan

Requirements Analysis & Design

• Liaise with internal and/or external stakeholders to identify system/data products requirements
• Provide analysis to support the development of business cases
• Support user requirement analysis through information collection
• Support the analysis of business requirements and feasibility studies of possible solutions
• Prepare requirements specifications and solution proposals
• Contribute to the identification of a range of solution options

Requirements Lifecycle Management

• Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and implementation

• Prepare training materials and conduct user training to facilitate adoption of new systems, where necessary
