1.Ensure that all statutory regulations, code of practice, and company's EHS rules & regulations are implemented and complied with at the project site.
2.To conduct monthly EHS committee meeting with members.
3.Participate in Safety Audit
4.Assessor of PTW applications process
5.Prepare develop the Risk Assesment and Safe Work Procedures (for the various work processes) and recommend safety control measures for site implementation.
6.Review Risk Assesment and Safe Work Procedures submission by sub-contractors.
7.Conducted at least twice inspection per week with a risk assesment for each precinct and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance with on site
8.To act as the statutory of the Project EHS Committee.
9.To recommend to the Project Manager with regards to any safety lapses and recommend preventive and corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
10.Prepare and submit monthly EHS report to Consultant
11.Prepare and lead in the Safety Promotion Program
13.Lead and conduct incident investigation and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
14.Guide and advised Site Supervisory staff on all matters related to EHS
Requirement:
- Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree.
- Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance.
- Must be a registered WSHO with MOM, preferably with a valid ECO Certificate.
- Min. 5 years relevant working experience.
- Able to manage safety aspect well and work alongside project team to meet timelines.
