You will be responsible for sales of Product Verification and Compliance Services including but not limiting to Electrical Safety Testing, Environmental Testing, Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing, Biocompatibility Testing and Global Market Access services within Medical & Health Service Business Line of Product Services Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for Medical and Healthcare related products
- Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets
- Responsible for developing go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
- Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
- Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
- Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales
- Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
- Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning scheme
Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in an Engineering discipline, Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Biomedical Engineering with at least 3 years of sales experience in B2B environment and international organisation.
- Knowledge in any of the following areas would be an advantage.
1. Knowledge in complex Service Solution selling
2. Knowledge in Cybersecurity or other technological solutions
3. Engagement with regulatory agencies
- Good account management skills.
- Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders
- Strong appetite to win, resilient, quick to acquire knowledge on a broad spectrum of subjects in a short time
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication & networking skills
