• Maintain Equipment & Tools: Ensure all beauty tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained for quality service.
• Upselling Services & Products: Encourage clients to book repeat services and promote related products to enhance the client experience and increase sales.

Qualifications:

• Education & Certification: Relevant certifications in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or esthetics.
• Experience: Previous experience working as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or Therapist is highly preferred, though training may be provided for entry-level candidates.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess and understand individual client needs. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service. Time management and organizational skills.
