As we are building a team of new Swimming Instructors. You have to forsake some time for Quality training and senior Instructors for live class attachments. We wouldn’t sabotage ourselves and throw you onto the battlefield without proper training and live stages.

We don’t need Competitive Swimmers as our Swim Instructors. As our comprehensive training, we can train anyone from a non-swimmer to clear the local Swim Safer 2.0 Gold standard within the first month of training. Within a year or less, you will be required to clear the UK program that requires you to swim 400m in 8 minutes as part of the Swim school requirements. Yes, you are not wrong! It’s a tradition for us, just like clearing the N.S. IPPT. We want you to be proud of your achievement and able to do the same for all our students.

About the role
We are seeking a talented Spa Therapist Supervisor to join our team at De Beaute. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee our spa operations in the Singapore.

As a Spa Therapist Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high standards of beauty treatment and exceptional customer service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage a team of skilled spa therapists to ensure seamless our spa & wellness operations
• Develop and implement training programs to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of the beautician / spa therapists
• Oversee the scheduling of therapists and treatment bookings to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction
• Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the spa facilities, equipment, and supplies
• Monitor and address customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive spa revenue and growth
• Maintain strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations
• Possess relevant certification or diploma accordance with ME License list of accredited certifications

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a spa therapist, with a proven track record of excellent customer service and treatment delivery
• Supervisory experience in a spa or beauty salon environment, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of spa operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques

Responsibilities:

• Establish, and supervise strategies for different departments regarding nutrition initiatives.
• Develop a plan, explain the qualities and advantages of the product, and create marketing narratives for all media platforms
• Implement marketing strategies, product life cycles, and commercial innovations for new product launches.
• Examine trends, competitor market research, and industry practices for development of products.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing, Business or related field
• With 2 - 3 years of marketing experience, preferbaly in nutritional, wellness or health related industry
