Job Description

• To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations, safety requirements, and aerodrome safety standards.
• To be responsible for health, safety, and environmental control, and to assist Safety Manager to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, authorities and agencies and other Consultants employed by Developer.
• To put up daily situation reports.
• Ensure risk assessment and safe working procedures are correctly executed on-site.
• To conduct daily health, safety, and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team / Contractors for closure.

Job Requirement:

This role is based in the polyclinic and you will be part of the multi-disciplinary team involved in the care of patients with chronic conditions, specifically diabetes. You will play a critical role in patients’ care journey and this includes engaging patients in the self-management of their chronic conditions and being their supporter/motivator. Your main duties will include the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for updating of clientele data and programme information and provide support for the centre’s operational/outreach activities.

Data and Information Management

· Update clientele data and programme information

· Compile data and collate information for management reporting

Outreach Support

· Assist in the coordination of in-house and outreach activities and events

· Support outreach activities at our event booths

· Distribute outreach materials and maintain its inventory

Administration and Reception
