• Develop content, implement and evaluate health and dietary related services.
• Conduct community-based / coprorate health intervention programmes and related servicesPerform administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth running of health and nutrition programmes.

• Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly
• To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company
• Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment
• To follow-up service call to customer after treatment (three days)
• Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services
• Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation
• To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area
• Issuing of invoices and service rendering
• Generation of daily reports

• To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch
