Requirement:

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 2 years with developer/main contractor

· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 3years in Experience

· Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

· Good communication skills and team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and plan training modules in line with the latest market trends.
• Execute field coaching sessions, including Basic trainings, Seasonal trainings, and various follow-up trainings to Therapists and Sales Consultants.
• Assess training effectiveness through regular evaluation and feedback, conducting strategic follow-up coaching as needed.
• Ensure Therapists and Sales Consultants are skilled to achieve Brand KPIs and maintain consistency in customer experience.
• Adapt training materials to fit contextual needs and enhance existing training support documents.
• Deliver induction and specific training sessions to grow and develop our brand.
• Motivate and develop Therapists and Sales Consultants through effective training and coaching.
• Provide insights on beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to the management team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments.
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA, or relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetics.
• Strong experience in training, including delivery, coaching, and sales capabilities development.
