Requirements

• Minimum GCE O’level / A’ level/Diploma or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in beauty/wellness industry.
• Willing to work retail hours.
• Possess beauty certification – ITEC or CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual, able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries and feedback from Chinese-speaking customers is preferred.

• Meets with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationship and negotiation and close deals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business requirement.
• Review and analyze sales performance against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
• Customers relationship building and maintain strong rapport with them through excellent customer service delivery.
