Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Group Training Sessions: Lead dynamic and engaging group workouts that are both challenging and enjoyable, adhering to F45 training protocols.
2. Personalize Training: Assess client fitness levels and tailor sessions to meet individual and group goals.
3. Motivate Participants: Inspire and encourage clients throughout workouts, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
4. Ensure Safety: Monitor participants for proper exercise form and techniques to prevent injuries, providing modifications as needed.
5. Maintain Communication: Provide feedback and progression tracking for clients, addressing any questions or concerns about fitness programs.
6. Promote F45 Programs: Actively promote membership and participation in F45 programs and special events.
7. Prepare Equipment: Set up and dismantle workout equipment and maintain a clean and organized workout space.

Qualifications:

1. Certification: Hold a recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA) and/or be qualified as a personal trainer.
2. Experience: Previous experience in group fitness training or coaching is preferred.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and motivational skills, with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
4. Physical Fitness: Maintain personal fitness levels and demonstrate exercises confidently.
5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall member experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients courteously upholding quality service standard
• Perform triage and registration
• Responsible for front-desk duties such as, appointments, billing and payment collection, handle enquiries (email/phone/walk-in)
• Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (e.g. NETS/credit card, etc), supplies (e.g. medication, masks, stationery), and systems.
• Perform insurance/medisave claims submission and verification of particulars and limits in various claims portal
• Chaperoning doctor for patient examination
• Assist to prepare and dispense medication
• Top up medications and assist in stock taking as required
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the clinic facilities, including regular wipe down/cleaning.
• Any other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N / 'O' level/ NITEC/Diploma in related field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
• Ability to organise, plan and implement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, Independent, able to multi-task and follow-through with minimum supervision
