Job Descriptions:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and sales of a designated outlet.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals. Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching

Requirements:

• Possess beauty certification – ITEC or CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual, able to speak in Mandarin to handle queries and feedback from Chinese-speaking customers is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies.

Operations:
