What you'll need:

Job Description

• Product Planning: Plan the product line layout and product upgrade direction of the beauty category. Lead the planning and launch of new beauty products, including product concept, ingredient selection etc., to ensure that products fit the brand positioning and meet market demands.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain good relationship with beauty suppliers, negotiating terms of co-operation, control product quality and cost to ensure stable supply of quality products.
• Marketing and Promotion: Combine online and offline channels to develop promotional and marketing plans for the beauty category, increasing product sales and brand reputation.
• Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and consumer feedback of beauty products, optimizing product strategy and inventory management.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree with a major in marketing, beauty, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in beauty category management or related work experience
• Knowledge of beauty products and understanding of production and sales norms and trends in the beauty industry
