Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. We are looking for a Brand Executive (12 Months Contract – Renewable) to execution all marketing initiatives to achieve the cluster brands’ objectives
Job Responsibilities:
· Assists Consumer Marketing Manager to formulate and execute brand marketing calendar, omni-channel marketing programs.
· Leads campaign planning, strong and holistic execution through partnering with Corporate Marketing (Social Media, Content, CRM), Education, Commercial and Online teams (OL, B&M, SMC...) to align and achieve business goals.
· Partners with Corporate Marketing to execute Social Digital/CRM plan, follow up the implementation of media plan and communication plan as per project KPIs alignment.
· Partners with Corporate Marketing Team to ensure well execution of Content Calendar, digital asset localization, brand social communication on brand social pages, website, SEO and email marketing implementation.
· Assists Consumer Marketing Manager and Corporate & Digital Marketing Manager to develop KOL/PR Plan, and write up content with ideas, topics for editorial write-ups, press discussions, key monthly highlights.
· Translates the marketing plan to develop the local Retail activation plan (including VM) to deliver omni-retail promotions by channel / retailer
· Follows up with procurement and agency on budget usage plans.
Job Requirements
· Min 1 year of working experience in marketing/digital/communications.
· Beauty/Fashion/ FMCG experience is a plus.
· Ability to work and navigate well within a dynamic team
· Strong communication skills
· Fast learner and ability to multi-task
· Ability to engage effectively and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
