• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation

Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day operations at fitness facility
• Conducting Personalized Training Program suited to individual health and fitness requirements
• Upselling training / nutrition / diet plans
• Posture and Technique correction / Post injury management
• Exercise programming and progression planning
• Consultation for customer on fat loss / body toning / lean muscle building program

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent certificate in fitness.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar scope preferred.
• Preferred with their own transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Providing advice on making a claim and assessing the admissibility of a potential claim
• Handling possible claim appeals and all issues related to client management
• Monitoring and close follow up on progress of claims, update records of customer interaction
• Identifying reasons why full payment may not be made, ensuring accuracy of claim assessment, and resolving customer grievances
• Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service
• Supporting the Department in daily business operations such as following-up on accurate information and documents from the client for processing purposes and handling Employee Movement Declarations from the client
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales / customer service, or insurance
• BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications is a plus
• Team player, detail-oriented, and accountability
• Good analytical, communication, presentation and time management skills
