Job Description

1. Champion Person- and Family-Centred CarePromote care partnership with internal and external stakeholders through training programmes and campaigns.
   Enable co-creation and implementation of initiatives to enhance inclusion of patient and caregivers in care design, delivery, and evaluation.
   
2. Project ManagementLead and oversee projects from inception to completion.
   Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
   
3. Partnership and Community DevelopmentEngage with diverse stakeholders including but not limited to patients, caregivers, community organisations and government agencies.
   Foster and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
   Contribute to NUHS’s volunteer management programme including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, recognition, and appreciation of staff and community volunteers.
   
4. Data ManagementCoordinate with key stakeholders to collate and analyse project and patient experience data.
   Coordinate recommendations and interventions based on data analysis.
   Provide analytics and visualization for strategic decision-making.
   Support initiatives to address gaps and areas for improvement.
   
5. Administrative ManagementEnsure efficient administrative processes, including documentation, compliance, and reporting.
   Organise meetings, manage schedules, prepare related agendas and materials.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience with demonstrated experience in programme management, project development, implementation, and evaluation, and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and empathetic approach to handling complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, and diverse stakeholders.
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail to drive and deliver multiple tasks and projects, focusing on achieving positive outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Role Purpose

Support the marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient execution of trade and promotional programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on below-the-line activities (such as promotions, events, and point-of-sale materials).
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring that all POS materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.

About You

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or support role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or health and beauty industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Associate Medical Laboratory Technologists (AMLT) are responsible for the daily operations of the laboratory which include phlebotomy, electrocardiogram, spirometry and clinical laboratory work.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of the laboratory
• Perform all procedures in accordance with laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram (ECG) and spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way.
• Perform Point of Care Testing (e.g. Prothrombin Time, glucose) and clinical laboratory tests such as urinalysis (e.g. Urine FEME, dipstick, pregnancy), haematology (e.g. full blood count, peripheral blood film, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, prothrombin time), biochemistry (e.g. HbA1c, neonate bilirubin), microscopy examination (e.g. fungal smear, high vaginal swab) independently.
• Ensure specimen identification, processing and storage of test specimens are in consistent with good laboratory practices
• Perform and verify quality control for all analysers prior to patients sampling
• Use of Laboratory Information System (LIS) to perform functions such as result entry, result validation and tracking for outstanding tests
• Ensure all test results provided for clinicians are accurate and reliable
• Ensure analysers/equipment are functioning properly and are well maintained.
• Notify medical technologist/lab in charge when instrument malfunction and make arrangements with BME or instrument vendor to service the instrument
• Notify inventory person in charge when reagents and stocks supplies run low.
• Perform and record internal and external quality controls and calibrations. Troubleshoot outliers in accordance to work instructions.
• Ensure ‘critical value’ are reported to the relevant personnel within 30 minutes
• Ensure daily maintenance and QC records are up to date.
• Ensure compliance to hand hygiene, workplace safety, International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) and International Standardization of Organizations (ISO) and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements of the laboratory.
• Provide prompt and courteous service in person or over telecommunication to all external and internal customers (e.g patients, doctors, service providers, colleagues).
• Report adverse incidents and all workflow anomaly to supervisor
• Observe strict NUHS personal data protection act and observe internet/intranet cybersecurity guidelines.
• Perform other functions as delegated by supervisor and/or lead laboratory

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma in Biomedical Science, Clinical Laboratory Science or other relevant fields
• At least 1-3 years of experience in laboratory environment and/or relevant experience in phlebotomy preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate in vernacular languages are an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good interpersonal skills

Radiographer is responsible for the providing prompt diagnostic imaging services to the patient, ensuring patient safety and proper care of equipment. Assist Centre In-charge/ Senior or Principal Radiographer to guide and supervise junior and student radiographers when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general radiographic examinations and/or at least one of the area of specialty including mammography and/or ultrasound and/or Bone Mineral Densitometry.
• Responsible for the safety and welfare of the patient.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; adhere to safe work practices especially in radiation safety and infection control.
• Ensure proper usage and care for all equipment at the specific diagnostic centre.
• Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc quality departmental projects/activities as assigned by the reporting officer/ Lead Radiographer
• Apply the ALARA principle for all procedures.
• Responsible for general housekeeping of the allocated diagnostic centre.
• Render prompt and courteous service delivery to external and internal customers.
• Ensure efficient running and operations of their area of responsibility.
• Assist the Radiographer-In-Charge / Senior or Principal Radiographer to ensure quality control procedures are performed diligently.
• Ensure AHPC certification is achieved after one / two years depending on qualification(s).

Job Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Professional Licence: R1 license with Centre for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Sciences, National Environment Agency.
• Timely update and renewal of RI license.
• Registration with Allied Health Professions Council.

• Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in continuous medical education and quality assurance programs as directed by Radiographer In-charge / Senior or Principal Radiographer.
