Primary Responsibilities (80%):
• Check the suction and diathermy machines for cleanliness and good working order
• Check operating lights for clarity and good functioning
• Clean, check and prepare operating table and accessories
• Prepare the operating room for each patient scheduled on the operating list
• Assist in the safe transfer of patient from trolley to operating table and vice versa
• Assist in positioning the patient
• Assist surgeon in application of tourniquet
• Adjust and focus the operating lights and assist nurses in patient care
• Perform daily inventory check on positioning aids and accessories
• Perform cleaning of the operating room in between cases within 15mins
• Clear soiled linen and surgical wastes to the disposal room after the next case had started or when necessary time allows
• Ensure that the disposable suction liner is capped tightly before discarding into the biohazard bag
• Maintain proper housekeeping of OT suite which include operating room, prep-room, scrub room, Anaes room and sluice room daily
• Do terminal cleaning at the end of the list or after infected cases as stated in the protocol
• To stay in the operating room to assist the surgical team when needed, eg. Change the suction liner, additional adhoc equipment needed etc
Secondary Responsibilities (20%):
• Maintain proper housekeeping of pantry
• Transport patient from the ward to OT and vice versa
• Perform routine cleaning of OT equipment e.g. tourniquet, light source etc weekly
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Overview*

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be involved in a multi-site cohort Human Biomedical Research study. You will be based at outpatient clinics across NUHS, at Alexandra Hospital or National University Polyclinics. Overview

Admission and Service Centre (AASC) has a team of financial counsellors who provides timely and accurate financial estimates information on patient’s hospital stay based on treatment or procedure. You will be responsible for the following:

Financial Counselling /Admission

• Conduct financial counselling to patient/NOK on the estimated hospital bills, available subsidies and schemes and various modes of payment.
• Assist patients to complete the various modes of payment forms.
• Refer appropriate cases to Business Office/Medical Social Worker for financial assistance schemes that patient may be eligible for.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow up is done for all inflight cases until patient discharge.

Patient Billing Matters

• Assist patients/NOK in their billing enquiries.
• To collect deposits, payments and handle any outstanding bills for eligible patients, or for other items ordered/applied by medical team such as rehabilitation items, mobility aids etc.
• Perform settlement for NETS / Credit Card transactions daily for patient outstanding payments.

Handling and processing of National forms (NEFR/MCAF/MT)

• To be able to explain and advise patient and their NOK on the various forms and the necessary proof of documentation needed.
• To ensure the original hardcopy of MCAF M/NEFR forms are submitted and send back to MOHH timely.
• To ensure SAP system is updated whenever these forms are consented by patient.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping of the reception areas and workstations to maintain a professional image and neatness of the workplace.
• Reply emails received in the AASC email account daily.
• Ensure all e-BARFs and merge request cases are raised timely and correctly within the department.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will provide administrative and operational support that are critical to the operation of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) activities for medical devices at one of SingHealth’s institutions to fulfil strategic priorities and initiatives across the cluster. You will collate and analyse information to facilitate management decisions and prepare reports for stakeholders. You will also work with the Biomedical Engineering (BME) shared services and IT security teams across SingHealth to ensure adequate risk oversight for medical devices and systems. This includes updating the asset inventory, support in implementation of relevant standards and good practices for IoMT medical devices, evaluating and executing work instructions and minimising risk for medical devices and systems. You will also provide secretariat support during meetings and participate in adhoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent are preferred. Degree holders with a recognised Diploma in Cybersecurity/IT will also be considered
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the area of IT, Operations and Risk Management with medical devices/systems understanding
• Good understanding of both IT and BME processes/operations and the relationship between them is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of the best practices in mitigating security risks for IoMT medical devices/systems
• Experience in healthcare facilities projects and/or government projects will be an added advantage

You will be responsible for providing logistical and administrative support for the training programmes and events organised by SingHealth Academy or its stakeholders for staff across the SingHealth cluster. You oversee event registration and payment, generate evaluation reports and maintain a monitoring system for revenue and expenses.

You will maintain the training programme database, training records, update the training directory and calendar, and provide on-site support for all events. You will be required to ensure the proper filing of records for applications and submission of training records for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points.

You will be involved in providing publicity support for the training programmes and events, such as creating flyers or marketing collaterals. You will coordinate with the Education Communications team on the development of the marketing collaterals.

You will provide general administrative support to the department to ensure effective and efficient operations. Your duties will include organising and co-ordinating meetings, maintaining and upkeeping office equipment, monitoring office inventory and ensuring that the information is updated in a timely manner. You will process and fulfill orders for publications, and update mailing lists and contact information.

You will work closely with the team lead on bundled payments, Population Health Financing (including Capitation) and Healthier SG enrolment initiatives. a. The Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer shall be registered with the
Ministry of Manpower and be in-charge of all matters relating to safety
aspects of construction activities to ensure that all work activities are carried out
in compliance with the Workplace. Safety and Health and Environmental
Management Regulations

b. The Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer is responsible for conducting daily site safety inspection, identifying potential hazards involved in construction activities, so as to rectify any unsafe practices with solutions. To ensure the potential hazard are eliminated or mitigated at work site before the work started. He shall work together with QPS and site supervision team RE &RTO and conduct safety briefings, witness tool box meetings before commencement of the daily work to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and Regulations, etc.

c.The Workplace Safety & Health, (WSH) Officer shall review all the risk assessments submitted by Contractor to ensure all safety measures are in place at site, check the implementation of the safety and emergency plans, incident reporting systems. He shall be actively involved in incident investigation and conduct sharing with the workers on ‘near missed’ incident where necessary. He shall ensure the Contractor submits proper documentation for the safety meeting minutes, records and reports.

d. The Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer shall be engaged for the duration of the project and be based full-time on site
