You will serve as a financial advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic analysis and support. You will also act as an advocate for changes, addressing queries and concerns to facilitate the successful establishment of EGH, including contribution to new projects, digitization efforts, and service enhancements.

Your responsibilities will include completing the monthly accounts closure, preparing and reviewing of the statutory accounts and schedules to meet statutory, tax and GST requirements. Additionally, you will also prepare and review the Funding Papers, obtain approvals from the relevant stakeholders and ensure timely and accurate reports in accordance with the submission schedule.

You will also be assisting in the synthesis of data and reports pertaining to sustainability efforts submitted by the stakeholders and preparation of the presentation materials.

In this role, you will be supporting Clinical Division Lead(s) in driving and coordinating the processes for researching and developing the new clinical care model and service plans, in particular new models of care which leverage digital and mobile care technologies.

You will contribute to the development and execution of the nesting plan, initiatives, and strategies for the new hospital. This role provides opportunities to work with internal departments and other key stakeholders to align development work plans to the hospital’s objectives. You will also be providing secretariat support for meetings to support the above activities, as well as following-up on issues raised at meetings and assisting to coordinate follow-up actions until resolved.
