Job Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field, with at least 8 years of business development or commercialisation experience in a medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
• Individuals with a MBA or a Masters in Biomedical Engineering would be preferred
• Prior experience in dealing with corporate partners and in negotiating and completing agreements
• Passion for biomedical sciences and entrepreneurship / new ventures
• Individuals with prior entrepreneurial activity record (having launched or had experience in a start-up environment) and knowledge of local regulatory processes in both the biotech and medical technology industry (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, GMP, and GLP standards) would be preferred
• Strong project management experience and strong analytical and problem solving skills to structure creative deal structures and develop conceptual solutions
• Ability to work independently with dedication, complemented by a team-oriented approach
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The candidate would be required to:

· Visit stores on a regular basis and manage stock take, rotation and stock display (about 25 stores per week)

· Avoid out of stock for all our products

· Establish and maintain close working relationships with in-store managers / supervisors / team leaders

· Assist store teams to submit order forms into the systems

· Negotiate space buys for secondary displays as well as demo space bookings

· Support in set-up of events (ad-hoc basis)

This is a full time role. There are part time roles available too.

We require 1-2 warehouse assistants to support 4-5 days per week for about 4-5 hours per day (first half). Start date will be immediately after CNY

Job scope includes: sorting goods, inbound, outbound picking, packing

Must be comfortable with computer admin tasks related to the order fulfillment (training provided if necessary)

This is a long-term contract for a part-time role

You will be responsible for planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities and managing various projects from proposal to completion. You will develop master plans and budget proposals, be involved in conceptual planning and conduct feasibility studies. You will also be required to handle design development, tender preparation and evaluation, and construction management.

Job Requirements

• Masters in Architecture with at least 5 years’ of relevant experience or Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure facilities planning and development
• Extensive experience in designing hospitality facilities that involve extensive workflow and stringent environmental requirements is advantageous
• Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environment Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
• Team player with excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
• An independent self-starter who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure.
