The Role
WTW primary point of contact for facility clients (direct servicing model)
- Support in escalations from Clients via emails & calls
- Facility client's renewal: Follow-up with appointed Carrier to ensure 100% completion for renewal with proper documentation and billings.
Support Consultants in the following works
- Renewal process: Perform technical review (i.e. data accuracy) on all renewal reports prepared by Global Delivery Centre (Manila)
- Prepare Pricing Tool Checklist to facilitate Consultants’ renewal review of clients.
- Support and assist to prepare all necessary reporting requirements based on the SOWs agreed with selected clients (e.g. Benchmarking report, Claims analysis report, Service Level report)
- Prepare employees communication decks, handbook and Benefits Guidebook.
- Prepare insurance premium breakdown for ad-hoc billings, for selected clients.
- Internal documentations and update requirements (for e.g., Update Client Account Checklist, Change & Update forms, IT Security forms)
- For selected clients: Be part of the client servicing team to respond to clients’ enquiries and urgent requests, where necessary (calls & emails)
- Client servicing : Follow-up closelywith Global DeliveryCentre (Manila) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks and e-mail responses based on agreedturn-around time
- To be able to participate in selected, initiatives or ad hoc matters.

- Ensure data quality and accuracy when delivery clients’ work.
The Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Health & Benefits insurance or consulting or brokerage role
- Experience in client supporting role
- Enjoy working with data & experience in analysis work
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Technical proficiency in Singapore employee benefits
- Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Proficiency in English language
