We are seeking an experienced tele-sales professional who excels in telecommunication skills, enjoys engaging with clients over the phone, and is self-motivated and numbers-driven.

For full time telemarketer :

Basic salary plus attractive incentive can earn up to $3,200 per month & above

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM

For part time telemarketer :

Basic Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour (plus incentives!)

Work Schedule: 4-5 days a week, with a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day.

Choose from either 10 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 7 PM shifts.

Course Design & Development:

• Create and design instructional materials, e-learning modules, presentations, assessments, and other training resources.
• Develop engaging, interactive learning experiences using instructional design principles and multimedia tools.
• Organize content for clarity and effectiveness, considering learner levels and educational goals.

Content Analysis & Storyboarding:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to assess training needs.
• Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and outlines to guide content creation.
• Conduct research to validate content, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.

E-Learning & Multimedia Integration:

• Use e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) to create digital learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, video, and animations, to enhance learner engagement.
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure the quality and accessibility of e-learning modules across multiple devices.

Evaluation & Improvement:

• Design assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learner comprehension and the effectiveness of the course.
• Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze learning outcomes and propose data-driven improvements to course design.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple instructional design projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members, SMEs, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI tools like Co-Pilot.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, e-learning developer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and create clear, engaging, learner-focused content.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in courseware design. Candidates without DACE or DDDLP certification must have at least 2 years of experience designing courseware for WSQ and other courses, including Learning Guides (LG), Training Guides (TG), Lesson Plans (LP), Assessment Plans, PowerPoint presentations, and Worksheets.

Beauty Treatments:

• Provide a variety of beauty services, including facials, eyelash extensions, waxing, threading, and brow shaping.

• Offer personalized skincare recommendations and suggest suitable products based on client needs.

• Ensure the beauty stations and tools are always clean and maintained to high hygiene standards.

Massage Therapies:

• Deliver therapeutic massages, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, customized to each client's specific needs.

• Overall responsible and in charge of the branch’s smooth operations. This includes achieving daily branch sales target, meeting all staff (including SM, therapists and CSOs) monthly target, managing of staff’s leave applications approve staff’s OT, staff’s punctuality, staff’s appraisal, planning and updating on roster, update staff on all current promotions, making cold-calls to customers, handling customer’s complaint, staff’s grievances, branch’s cleanliness and etc
