• Salary: Up to $5k
• One Year Contract (renewable/ convertible subjected to performance)

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced excel skills / visualisation tools - creativity and data analytical skills

Job Description

• Be responsible for learning administration- registration, communication, attendance, program administration including vendor management etc. and LMS management
• Contribute to the delivery and execution learning events and programmes
• Support in the activation of learners through self-directed learning, e-newsletters and other stand-up activation)
• Measure feedback and provide the same to monitor quality of providers & programs delivered
• Provide Head of People Development and Learning and HRDs with regular KPI dashboards and reports of various entities
• Support in the activation and administration process of performance management process, Year End process, and employee engagement survey
• Support the yearly Country Reporting Process in order to publish Learning KPIs in the annual report

Event Period: Must able to fully commit the contract

• Period 1: from 3 Jan - 12 Feb 2025 (double pay for CNY PH)
• Period 2 : from 13 Feb - 5 Mar 2025

Job Details:-

Location: Vivocity

Working Hours (rotating shifts: cannot choose)

• Morning shift : 10am to 6pm (1 hr unpaid break) OR
• Afternoon: 2pm to 10pm (1 hr unpaid break)

Salary: $12/hr

Training provided

Attire: Own Black Top, Black Bottom & Sneakers/Sport shoes

Job Description:-
•  Demonstrate a thorough understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
•  Engage customers to assess their skincare needs and concerns.
•  Recommend suitable skincare routines and products based on individual requirements.
•  Provide product demonstrations and explain the application techniques
•  Proactively cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
•  Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store.
•  Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock products as needed
